FZT-1型防爆(bao)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)火(huo)(huo)通(tong)(tong)氣(qi)(qi)帽是加油(you)(you)(you)站(zhan),小(xiao)型油(you)(you)(you)罐透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)不(bu)可少(shao)配套設(she)備,是原設(she)計的(de)更新(xin)換代產品。透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)帽連(lian)接(jie)形式(shi)有(you)法蘭連(lian)接(jie)和螺紋(wen)(wen)連(lian)接(jie)兩種.通(tong)(tong)氣(qi)(qi)帽垂直(zhi)安裝在(zai)油(you)(you)(you)罐的(de)頂部(bu)。防爆(bao)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)火(huo)(huo)通(tong)(tong)氣(qi)(qi)帽的(de)頂帽采(cai)用耐(nai)火(huo)(huo)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼鋼板(ban)表面噴塑,殼體(ti)為鑄鋁。阻(zu)(zu)(zu)火(huo)(huo)芯有(you)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼波紋(wen)(wen)板(ban),符合SY/T0511-96的(de)技術要求(qiu)。當油(you)(you)(you)罐料膨脹或進油(you)(you)(you)時,即通(tong)(tong)過(guo)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)火(huo)(huo)芯波紋(wen)(wen)板(ban)向外排氣(qi)(qi)。當油(you)(you)(you)罐內(nei)(nei)向外放油(you)(you)(you)時又向罐內(nei)(nei)吸氣(qi)(qi),并阻(zu)(zu)(zu)止一切火(huo)(huo)源(yuan)從此通(tong)(tong)過(guo),確(que)保(bao)安全。應經常(chang)對(dui)通(tong)(tong)氣(qi)(qi)罩(zhao)的(de)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)火(huo)(huo)波紋(wen)(wen)板(ban)的(de)透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)性進行檢查,保(bao)證良好(hao)的(de)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)火(huo)(huo),透(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)性能。
通(tong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)帽是(shi)減速器(qi)的(de)專用(yong)附件(jian),是(shi)單(dan)向通(tong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)塞和塑(su)料通(tong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)防水閥,在(zai)設(she)備中起作用(yong)。透氣(qi)(qi)(qi)塞的(de)設(she)計可以同(tong)時排(pai)出水蒸氣(qi)(qi)(qi)和透氣(qi)(qi)(qi)。簡單(dan)來說就是(shi)用(yong)來通(tong)風的(de),主(zhu)要用(yong)來平衡減速器(qi)內外的(de)大氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓力。減速機(ji)(ji)在(zai)室外或(huo)連續運(yun)轉時,溫度會變得很高(gao),減速機(ji)(ji)內部的(de)潤滑油會氣(qi)(qi)(qi)化成氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體,當然會膨脹(zhang)。為了不損壞減速器(qi)的(de)油封或(huo)接頭,減速器(qi)*高(gao)處的(de)堵(du)塞物在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)前應換上通(tong)風帽,以保證減速器(qi)運(yun)轉時箱體內的(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體排(pai)出。
而且通(tong)氣帽(mao)處(chu)形成彎(wan)折的氣流通(tong)道,并且由于底板的通(tong)氣孔處(chu)設(she)有**濾(lv)網,能夠得到有效措(cuo)施防止(zhi)外(wai)界環境中的粉(fen)塵進入(ru)減速機內部,避免出(chu)現上述粉(fen)塵封堵通(tong)氣帽(mao)、損(sun)壞(huai)齒(chi)輪軸承。
